In Maharashtra Is VAT audit compulsory for all those who are registered under VAT ?
Or there are any slabs like income tax audit i,.e. income tax audit is compulsory for all those firms whose turnover is more than 40 lax.
Please suggest.

No Dear as like income tax, there is also limit of Rs. 40 Lac
in case of income tax only if Tournover Exceed Rs. 40 lac than audit is required
But in case of Vat either Sales or Purchases excees Rs. 40 lac audit is required
