First from which state you are belonging? If you are from maharashtra then there is Form 704 as Audit Report uniform for all the assessee . Same can be downloaded from mahavat site 

download from commercial tax site for gujarat.

WHETHERE IS IT POSSIBLE THE REVISED THE VAT AUDIT FORM-704 FOR F.Y.2010-11.REPLY ME

May someone please assist if possible, I'm currently busy with a client's VAT audit and need to deliver a VAT audit report to the directors. Does anyone have a format/structured templete that I may use?
