Vat audit did by ap govt dept 2017,showcases notice recived ,not applied court with in time

I have small readymade  bussiness , I am vat tax acsecee,while implementing gst , tax department came to shop did audit against my stock in March 2017, I received tax showcase notice with some queries, I am not gone to applile against that notice , from that I am recived 4 notice , I am not replied never went tax office , they raised 3 laks rupies showcase notice   against 1st notice with different intest rates september 2019 deparment debate  amount rs 29000/-  my current account without any notice , is there any govt rules or govt order they have take amount from my bank account , that's my question
