Till today our vat assessment was not done by Departement as there was a refund now we got a notice of vat assessment But suppliers are not providing any statements saying they don’t have very old records How to clear assessment Please reply
As Per amendment notification of VAT department notification no. 1/2011-12 Dtd. 21.04.2011 the assessment or reassessment time has been reduced to 4 year. please read this notification I think it is helpful to you.
