Is vat applicable on Curriculum in Maharashtra ?
If yes what rate ?
If no will it be counted in calculation turnover for Vat Audit?
Can anybody throw some light on this with relevant reference.

Curriculam of any kind,i.e. of a school,college,university or an institution is not a comercial publication.Hence as per entry 6 of Schedule A (exempt goods ) no vat is applicable,even if they are sold....mjk
