Wct rate in Both Uttar pradesh and Delhi is 2% if you provided 7c and 8D letter from saletax office other wise 4%

I AM AMIT, IS THERE ARE ANY NOTIFICATION IN UP OF WCT THAT IF WE CHARGED 2% THEN ISSUE CERTIFICATE IF 4% THEN NOT.
