hey guys plz help me out can anyone here plz tell me what is the difference between vat audit (Punjab)and tax audit.
and if we made form 3cd or 3cb,ca it is part of tax audit or vat audit?
and what is the fees for both audits????

hEY Shivi !! What r u asking Baby ?? VAT Audit belongs to VAT(formerly Sales Tax, Upcomingly be converted into GST) is categorized a s an Indirect tax . While Form No. either 3CA or 3CB (Not Both either of 3CA/3CB ) along with form 3CD with their Annexure 1 Part A + Part B + Annexure 2(FBT even with NIL in case of a proprietership) + as many Annexures as forming part of 3CD report you require , You may Prepare. and the same is called as Tax Audit U/s 44AB of Income Tax Act 1961, which is categorized as a Direct Tax.
