Guys,Please help me in solving my confusion.
I buy goods from local supplier in mumbai to sell online @ cost + vat.
>> Buyer buys from another state and i have to pay vat on such sales as i dont i get c-form from online buyer i have to pay vat on such out of state sales.
My doubt is can i get full vat setoff which i receive while selling product to out of state buyer or i get no setoff for selling to of state buyer as he is ot providing me c-form or i will get part set-off
