Yes. Unutilised eligible InputVAT credit can be carried forward to next year.
Unutilised Credit under Maharashtra Vat has to be claimed at the end of F Y as Refund , for 05-06 & 06-07 only the Comissioner has by way trade circular permitted to carry forward.
