Hey guys can anybody tell me one of my client are the exporters and they had a factory of which plant and machinery they sold in the FY 2012-13 amounting to Rs 3.9 lakhs and the client is also registered under the VAT so is the client liable to pay VAT on such sale of scrap, the machinery which they sold was as the sale of scrap only can anybody help me......
