Dear All,
If the valuation of share of a Pvt Ltd Co as per Balance Sheet is Rs.45/-share and it issues Share @ Rs.100/- share. Then will all the share transaction be done @ Rs.100/- share and not below that.
If someone can refer the case wrt the same then plz let me know.

Yes, shares is being traded privately and the reason for not issuing the same at Rs.45/- is that it would exceed the authorized capital limit.
