My Co. ABC P-Ltd Incurred huge losses from 01-04-2011 to 31-03-2015. I wants to know my wealth please suggest which method is most appropriate for calculation of valuation of shares/ valuation of Business.

Intrinsic value method is appropriate method for valuation of shares in this case.

u can consider free cash flow method for valuation of business depending on reasons for loss.

best method is Intrinsic value method
