Validity on completion of 3year regular LLB

Hi All

I had joined LLB first year in 2012 with readmission to second year and third year in 2013 and 2014 respectfully but unfortunately couldn't appear exams in any of the semistars. Now I am interested to write all semistars and complete the course. pls. guide me whether is it possible and if so what's procedure should I follow.
