Dear All,
i am having 2 house property in Delhi where 1 is self occupied and other is vacant for entire 12 months,My question is whether any allowance owing to such vacancy or deduction of loss due to vacancy can be claimed on the expected rent/GAV.

can vacancy allowance be claimed for whole 12 months as i was unable to get new tenant ?
