V3 DSC accociate problem

Hi

When I click on associate DSC for a registered user having no DIN, it keeps redirecting to my applications page. what could be the problem?
I tried resetting password. cleared cookies history other site data, used other PCs, edited profile page to match with PAN.

what are the other options available?
