Please let me know whether can we submit our Income tax returns without UTN.If not, when can we get ???
Does the NSDL sends the UTN directly to employer or the employee.
Please clarify.

UTN is not compulsory for AY 09-10. for further information, you may write me email. my email id is sachinagarwalcallb @ gmail.com
UTN stands for unique transaction number this is related to tds return not for income tax return and as per budget utn is now abolished. This is not applicable for income tax return. ok sir ji.
