A Pvt Ltd company has general reserves in its balance sheet as at 31/03/2015. The general reserve was created in FY 2009-10.
How can it be utilised under CA 2013.

IN COMPANIES ACT 2013 THERE IS NO RESTRICTION RELATED TO UTILISTION OF GENERAL RESERVE EXCEPTPROVISIONS RELATED TO THE PAYMENT OF DIVIDEND OUT OF RESERVES.........
