IN COMPANIES ACT 2013 THERE IS NO RESTRICTION RELATED TO UTILISTION OF GENERAL RESERVE EXCEPTPROVISIONS RELATED TO THE PAYMENT OF DIVIDEND OUT OF RESERVES.........
