EOU is required to pay BEC, CVD, SAD, E.CESS and SHE on clearance to DTA. The question is whether all these duites can be paid by EOU from the balance CENVAT Credit (excise and Service Tax) lying with them.

Yes EOU can take credit of all these duties just check ruel 3(10 and (40

I want to whether service tax charge by banks on loan sanction fees and other which are not the normal charges of banks can be utilised for paying excise i.e.credit of such ST can be set off agst the excise liability
