How do I get X M L file from Java Utility for filling ITR form or their is some other way to use the Java utility?

kindly press submit button given on the top of any java utility. the new tab will populate. fill the required details and file it.
Can I click 'Save' button from 'File' option and save XML file it generates. Then upload this XML to Income Tax website after login?
