A Director of Pvt Ltd company has active DIN. Every director has to complete KYC via DIR 3 KYC before 30.09.2024. In rescpect of one of the director's all details are correct except the passport has been renewed due to expiry of passport , so for that we can proceed with old passport number and file DIR -3 KYC or should DIR 6 be filled, attested and filed by making changes in passport number?
In short, is change in passport number due to expiry of old passport a mandatory requirement to be intimated on MCA DIN details?
