F&O, future and options income 20 percent of total turn over, can I use presumptive 44AD

Hello

I have lets say 2 crore of FnO turnover and Total income of 40 Lakhs. which is 20 percent of turnover. Now Can I show 6 percent income as Presumptive income per 44 AD?

If I use 44AD, which means I have to show 12 lakhs as my income from business. right?
