Using digital signature for filing itr on efiling site.

"Dear Income Tax e-Filing User, This email is being sent to you since the Income Tax return (s) filed by you has been previously signed using Digital Signature Certificate. Taxpayers have recently reported that they have faced problems in using the Digital Signature Certificate for Signing through browser at the time of uploading their Income Tax Return. This is because the latest browser versions have started disabling the standard way in which browser support plug-in functions to address security. Hence Java applets that were used by the e-Filing website would not work in the latest versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla or Internet Explorer. In order to address this issue and to simplify the procedure for uploading Income Tax return (ITR) with Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)a easy to use software utility has been developed which would have to be downloaded in taxpayer’s computer and used for signing using Digital Signature Certificate. Well unfortunatly i am facing issue with this Utility :(
i had no problem until this new change... but now when i try to open this DSC MU , it take too much time and the Browse XML button is not working on my PC.. now dont know what can be the reason for it... as i am not technical guy, but i wish if ITD had both the option working to file the ITR in old way and the new way... so it would had been more easy for the people.

Is anyone else too facing issue with this new Utility?
