User id and password forgotton

You can even reset password, by directly logging through net banking option

I tried all the options for resetting password, but failed in every attempt.

Now how to reset password?

How? I could not see such option.

Now some clarification needed.

1. On retirement I received 12,00,000 which I deposited in FD in my Bank Account. I had not shown in my return for the assessment yar 2013-14 and I have not filed aannual return thereafter. Can I rectify now? Can I get exemption for the retirement Gratuity?

2. Thereafter my income from from Interest from FDs does not exceed 2.5 lakh. Can I file the subsequent  assessment years upto now?

1. Unless any intimation from department, any rectification to ITR of AY 2013-14 would not be advisable. Secondly, in most of the cases, gratuity upto 10 lakhs is tax-free. (based on catagory of employer & your last salary drawn). 

2. You can file ITR's of AY2015-16 & 2016-17 now, but before that you cannot file unless refund due.

3. Basic limit of exemption is 3.00 lakhs for seniour citizens, so, unless you wish, there is no compulsion to file ITR.
