please provide a note regarding used cars under gst.
including the sections under gst.
if I sell my car BMW to a dealer of used car. has he pay rcm for the transaction.? if my car is sold rs 5 lakh. what about reverse charge and the car again sold by the dealer to another party. what is the rate of gst ?, the gst rate is effect total value of car or dealer margin or commission.?
give a clear cut example please.?
