As per the provisions of the Companies Act 2013, DIN once allotted to Directors valid for lifetime
DIN IS NOT BASED ON COMPANY.
IT IS OF DIRECTOR.
YOU CAN USE SAME DIN IN ANOTHER COMPANY ALSO.
if d directors are not disqualified
din is alloted to the director and not the company, so the din of the person will remain same
