Please provide difference between USA and Indian startups and why Indian companies are not as big as USA.

I’m not sure or aware of big differences, in western countries, trade is promoted highly and capital allowances is available. Whereas in India, trade is rated but capital allowances are available based on a criteria eg. if a company starts in urban or rural areas, exemptions will be available etc. tax economy+ borrowing etc could differ.
