While filling the exam form of ipcc by mistake one of my firms article put the wrong date of birth and now he is not being able to change it how can it be changed plzzzzz help coz 27th is the last day it's urgent and also i am not being able to get through the institute ppl through phone

Correct this mistake using red pen & attach a covering letter.
I guess your friend has filled the exam form online , Wrong Date of birth will not create a problem just corerect the date of birt on physical form by whitener and submit to Institute, and als o you can clarify the same by attaching a self attested letter.
