hi guys.. i need help..

i completed my pce, My articleship is getting completed by aug 2nd week.. 

1) Am i eligible to write final exams in november?

2) can i submit my final exam form before completion of articleship? ie, (aug 2nd week is last date of completion)

3) can i submit my final riegistraion letter along with final exam form?
