There is no option for 6% tax slab for bricks manufacturers in gstr1 for non ITC firms. In notification govt said that 6% will be charged without ITC and 12 with ITC. so when this option is going to come on portal??
Today only they have released the Advisory on Same . Report the transaction under 5% heading & then manually increase the system computed tax amount to 6%.
So do follow the above . But it is very much clear that they do not get portal functional as per the rule framed.
