URGENT SUGGESTION REQUIRED

Dear Sirs/Madam,

i have a friend who is aged 32 and has good work experience in Accounting & Taxation. He has done only his B.Com but has a high ambition to become a Chartered Accountant. He has got good graping powers and also very sound in law matters to the limited area.

Due to his personal strugggles he could not pursue his CA at the right time. He has approcahed me to giude him as to whether can he study for CA and become a chartered Accountant at this age?

Please throw some light on it so that some correct guidance could be provided to him.
