Experts,
one vodafone mini store as proprietorship firm is bought by another person as proprietorship firm only but the same will be carried out in the existing name and with same bank account. can the existing account be carried forward by submitting the application in bank instructing to change the particulars of old owner to new owner? and how will this treatment be given in agreement between vodafone company and new vodafone mini store proprietor.
