Hi .. We are availing security security services from x ltd on a contract basis.. Details of Agreement Working hours 8 hrs i.e. 3 shifts in a day and we are going to 14128 p[er head in a month .... But they are working 12 hrs and same was billed ,, What are consequences and how it should be billed ...

There is no problem from income tax department, since you are paying for what they work .
