While placing order on ICAI CDS portal, an amount of 3000 got debited in my bank account. However no order got placed.
I've written mails to cdsordera @ icai.in , all in vain!
Does anybody know where should I raise my query? Should I wait for the refund or, place the order again?
They do provide refund in such cases. Right?
