i have completed my articleship in 2011 , i have uploaded the articleship self declaration letter and filled my principal's , details ie membership no , name , phone no but couldnt get his email id .Is it alright???

Yes, no issues. Principal's details are not marked as mandatory (no red asterisk) in the form.
