Urgent query regarding ca final form

Dear Friends,

I have a query regarding Form of CA Final for May 2016. I want to provide that I have completed my articleship on 10/10/2015 but I have still not submitted the Form 108 with the ICAI. In Exam form, I have filled that I have completed Articleship with IPCC option. When I paid and seen the generated PDF it is asking Certificate of Completion as enclosure which I do not have but I have completed my articleship. Kindly tell me what to do in the situation? Will there be any problem? Reply urgently.
