First, pls. don't be get disheartned and stay positive ok!

Now, don't blaim any of your teacher for your failure because there are alot of students who has cleared their SFM with good marks by coaching of Aaditya Jain Sir. However, i had taking coaching from Sanjay Saraaf Sir.

Just analyse your weakness and work hard on it.

Don't change your teacher at this point of time, just be stick with your earlier notes and classes BUT try to make your concepts strong as this is very BASIC and IMP. need to crack SFM.

Further, i 'ld suggest you to focus on following chapters first-

M&A, Dividends, Portfolios, Security Analysis, Capital Budge, Leasing & Mutual funds

Then Derivatives and Forex

And don't forget 16 Marks theory

PM/RTP/MTP are must.
