Urgent !!!! need advice and guidence...iin confusion

Look dear,, decision is all yours,, dnt get pressurised by ur parents,, tell them that once u clear ur exems and become a CA that would be more prestigious 4 u,, and undoubtedly u will have a gr8 future ahead,, n earning more bugs than u wud b getting here,,all u need is to FOCUS on one thing..

ur exams are approaching prepare 4 that and dnt get lured by nythg,, All The Best!!

If u r interested in continuing CA,. then go for it, tell ur parents that u r not at all interested in other field, then what are u goin to do with the prestige and position and how far that will continue...

So, just go with ur won decsion buddy...

 Go for CA ........................................join Bhel as manager after becoming CA rather than supervisor trainee.............................

I can share my own experience in this regard and may be that will help you in your decision. I am a Commerce graduate, Law Graduate and CS. I joined a nationalised bank after passing my H.S and worked there as a clerk for 8 years. By this time I completed my education and opted to resign. At that time I faced stiff resistence and criticism from every segment  (except my mother) including friends, neibours, the then colleauges as well as relatives. Everybody told me crazy but I was firm and left that Government job and entered into corporate Sector. Believe me I faced embarrassing questions regarding leaving semi government job from the interviewers also. It was tough to get the first corporate job. However after that the entire scenario changed. I changed job many times very easily with hefty increase in salary. All the episode happened in 2004 and in 2009 I am happyly working in Dubai. Though you are not from my profession but from my sister profession.  

My advice to you - take the decision of your own and do not bother about anybody. If you like to have a good Govt Job then go for BHEL now or else take risk, complete CA and go for job or practice as per your liking. Return is normally directly proportionate with risk.  

  dude ur money s tree is growing now dude , dont stop it , study hard , if u got this job today , u will get it again if u ever need one , since u have already finished 2 yrs of articles , i willl not be for the decision to stop ca , however if u joining the job , i wish u  good luck , take care 

 If BHEL can give you INDUSTRIAL training after  2.5 yrs of ur articles, go for it. 

Its better option to go for IT in BHEL if they can consider u for that option.I think U shouldnt leave CA bcoz after getting qualify CA u will get so many opportunities.so first analysis pros n cons of joining BHEL now n leaving CA ,then take ur decision urself.

ya frnd concentrate on one thing.. take it as a hurdel in ur path... be confident.... work hard... aftr passing CA you can be the CFO of BHEL.... ur parents and relatives will be happy with u then.. things like this happens in everyones life...

If you are not interested in joining Bhel then better leave the idea because I believe that doing something in which you are not interested could only fetch you dissatisfaction at the end........

You should strictly go for CA as the placement after being a CA will be far better than from this employment. If possible convince your parents and people around you and go for CA...

You are not fit to be a CA due to following

1  CA needs single focus mind and by attending BHEL entrance you prove you dont have ( you may call it just like that yu got it)

2 From the face of your  letter you may be able to get dummy for one year ( if not industrial training) even this is ruled out by making public this in web site. Which is not safe.

In view of above and since you have not cleared any group  you may join the BHEL an dbe proud PSU employee

Firstly i myself personnally against joining the job....and i know i am not going to do it...irrespective of how much pressure put in by parents.....the only reason why i am raising such question on this platform is that for the very reason that my learned collegues like you will come forward with their thoughts...which will help people such as me in deep turmoil.....i think for that very reason the site has been built.

with deeps respects for you murthy sir......when you talk abt focus of mind..i would like to tell you that ...Man is  plagued by circumstances ...there are article students who are extremly interested in completing the course but  financlally challenged and   eking out their livining on insuffient stifend amount....and there are students who are tortured by their principals....circumstances like this may make even the strongest flinch sometimes..
