I have try for DIN 2 time and I am Rejected.
My Pan have my name is
Rathod Rajubhai G (My Name)
Gordhanbhai Karamshibhai Rathod (Father Name)
So how can i fill my name and father name in Din Form?
***It is valid Birth Day Proof in Pan Card?
*** My Telephone bill is Shawn my name is
Rahod Rajubhai Gordhanbhai
So what can I do ??

What was the reason for Rejection of DIN...?
It would halp me to help you.
By the way it seemes that thare is problem with your ID proof v/s Address Proof,
Your Name in PAN is Different That of in Add. Proof.
I Suggest to use other Proof of Identity and Address from any of the follow-

Now which id proof can i use for din? How can i fill first,last,and middle name in apllicant name and How can i fill Father's Name (first,last and middle name) In Din apllication?
