Urgent name approval of ca firm

We are going to start a new firm.

Partners names are:

1. CA Nilay Shah

2. CA Jainam Shah

So it is very much difficult to apply for 4 alternative four names and we need your help..

1) Is Simultaneously '& Co' necessary? Can we put name like SHAH & SHAH CO

2) Whether we can put '& SONS' at the end of name?

3) Can we set firm name which doesn't contain any partners name or surname? (Randon Name: E.g.- Global & Co.)

4) Any Other Suggestion..

Please Help...

You may choose to have "Shah & Shah". It is not permitted to include any other name like "Global & Co". Our institute has given guidelines to form trade names. Kindly check it with our institute's website.

In case of partnership firm, the name can be of combination of the first full name or the surname of the partners by using "&" or "AND"
.
Name of the Partners (1) Nilay Shah (2) Jainam Shah
.
Combination of firm name: Nilay & Jainam or Shah & Shah or vice versa.
.
Initials of first name or the full name are allowed:
.
Nilay, Jainam = NJ & Co. / & Associates
.
NS+JS = NSJS & Co. / & Associates
