Re: - Condonation letter for late submission of Form 103
Sir,
This is in reference to letter received from yourself stating late submission of Form 103. In reference to this I may state that the form 103 was sent within the stipulated time period of 30 days. However, the same did’t reach your office within the stipulated time. This might have happened due to transit delays.
For this, I request you to kindly condone the delay and find attached demand draft of Rs. 100/- as condonation fees.
