I wish to know whether a person who has joined industrial training, take transfer and join articleship?
Also, can a person who has joined industrial training, take transfer and join industrial training at some other place?

There is a specific rule for the same. Please visit icai.org
As I know that minimum duration of Industrial Training is 9 months and maximum is 12 months and one can opt for Industrial Training only in the last year of articleship. So, as per this rule you can't switch over to articleship.
take transfer in frorm 109(3form to be signed)and after that fil up form104 for apprenticeship deed(2form to be signed ) this form will be signed by member in industry and employer industry after that icai wil issue intimation letter confirming that your articleship period till transfer under former principal and your apprenticeship deed will start from next to transfer or whatever date. and after your apprenticeship deed is over you will have to fil up the form 105 (2form to be signed) after that icai will intimate u that your articleship is completed through confirmation letter for more information use this URL www.icai.org/resource_file/15238trai_guide.pdf every thing is written in this training guide
