Any one clarify what is the rate we need to adopt for Excise for Nov 09 exam. Since Dec 2008 rate has need reduced should we solve with reduced rate of 8.24%?
For Servcie tax ICAI site clearly given applicable rate is 10% but excise I am not able to find.
