I filed Service Tax return on 5-4-2013, after few days I got messege that return has been rejected for the following errors.
ERROR: "Business constitution selected / entered does not match with that available in the registration data, kindly update your registration data by filing amendment application."
Business constitution I selected was HUF.
in earlier retuns filed I used to selct INDIVIDUAL, as there was no option for HUF.
I called helpline they said that in amendment application there is no choice for HUF as business constitution, they aske me to send screen shot and details at email id given on line, I send that on Monday 15-4-13, until now there is no response. Last date is 30-4-13, please someone help urgently.
