Urgent help required regarding GSTR 3B!!!

Due to system error I am not able to file my GSTR 3B even after due date. For which I have already raised an grivence ticket on GST Portal... till now issue is not resolved. Now, should I require to pay any late fees or interest for late filing?? or with the help of grivence ticket I can avoid that?

due date for gstr 3b for Jan sale is 20 feb

yes mam.. but in case my problem is still not solved??? can I avoid late fees with the help of grivence?

No way for escaping late fee..
You ll be pay Late Fee if you are filed after due date...

What if the fine is not paid? Is it automatically calculated on the portal?

Dear Manish.,

Good After Noon...

In GSTR 3B the Late fee is Calculated Automatically... If we not paid the Late fee then no way for filing GSTR 3B return...

So, Late fee Payable is Must...

>>> As per My view, The same way will be applicable in GSTR 3. It's just my Assumption. Not confirmed.

What kind of error you are getting. You can directly call to call centre giving them ARN no. Ask for solution Take their solution through mail

while filing GSTR 3B I m getting error as "Return for prior period is not filed" where Returns from Jul to Dec are already filed on the portal. therefore, I have raised ticket of grivence on the same... I also called on the Help Desk but they are saying because of system issue (technical error) I am facing this problem. But tomorrow is last date for filing return. what if said issue is not resolved by end of due date also???
