the decision of the case law of Manjula shah vs CIT will apply in ipcc exams??
coz its a case of mumbai tribunal..

What is the case and it doesn't matter whether a case is of mumbai tribunal or delhi tribunal or whatever because the paper is set at all India level.If the provisions are in the syllabus then will apply. And I don't think in Tax paper they ask about any case law or something like that.
