Urgent help needed for cwa practical training

I AM IN URGET HELP NEEDED..

i am in CWa final. i want to appear for the exanination for the december 2013. i have to do compusolry practical traning for atleast 6months for the being eligible for the examination.

i have gone through the procedure from the website but couldnt understand it.

the last date for it is 30 sept for december attempt but i dont understand whether this 30th sept date is last date for completing the practical traing of 6 moths or for intimating the institute.. pls clarify me.. thxxx
