What was the reason for Rejection of DIN...?

By the way it seemes that thare is problem with your ID proof v/s Address Proof,

Your Name in PAN is Different That of in Add. Proof.

I Suggest to use other Proof of Identity and Address from any of the follow-

i have 2 id proof:pan card and voter id

                                VOTER ID

Name: Rathod Rajubhai

Father's Name: Gordhanbhai

                                 PAN CARD

Name:Rathod Rajubhai G

Father name:Gordhanbhai Karamshibhai Rathod

                                TELEPHONE BILL

NAME:Rathod Rajubhai Gordhanbhai

                       Now which id proof can i use for din? How can i fill first,last,and middle name in apllicant name and How can i fill Father's Name (first,last and middle name) In Din apllication?

In Both of the ID Proof Your Name is NOT FULLY COVERED.

So i Suggest to USE some other Proof of Identity

Like 1) bank Passbook with your Photo and banks Stamp on it, With Signature of Branch Manager.
 

Raj ji, here main reason of objection is difference in the spelling of your First name.

If only Surname will be issue / matter of objection, then in my opinion  an Affidavit on Rs. 10 stamp paper confirming that Rathod Rajubhai G and Rathod Rajubhai Gordhanbhai is same individual will be sufficient.

 As this thing happens in many cases where Name of applicant and their parents did not match in the Different proofs provided by them while applying for DIN 1.

Now I advised to you to call  DIN Cell authorities, Noida before applying for DIN 1 and ask then whether An affidavit confirming difference in the spelling of first name and surname from you can solve this problem or not.

Dear Raj Ji,

Just send 1 proof of id i.e. your PAN Card and fill your and your father's name in form DIN-1as apper on the PAN Card.

You can submit your telephone bill as a proof of residence. Please ensure that the bill must not be older than 2 month. And if you can arrange, arrange for any other address proof wherein your name is correctly spelled.

Dont forget to get both documents attested along with the DIN-1 form before sendinng to the DIN cell, Noida.
