Urgent help mca form filing

Dear Members

I want to file Form AOC-4 for a company. At the time of upload I am getting the following error.

Please make sure that all the required fields are appropriately filled before form submission

The above error comes only at the time of upload. No error at the time of prescrutiny. I made a online complaint to MCA on Monday (23.11.2015) and raised the ticket. I also sent the form alongwith screen shot to MCA. But till date there is no response for my complaint. I called MCA helpline over phone. Every time I call they simply say that the complaint has been referred to technical team. I AM VERY MUCH SURE THAT THIS IS NOT A SOFTWARE PROBLEM FROM MY END.

Can anybody from this forum help me.

im having the exact same problem for INC 29. I have raised a ticket on 6 dec and called them million times but no update, they are just saying we are working on it. Were you able to sort out this? please let me know what the issue was and how to correct it
