It means it is an internal preparation from the Company's side. They prepare one FAQ on the probable questions which may be asked by Shareholders.
FAQs can be prepared by the CS for the help of the Chairman. It has to be company specific and the questions will be based on your annual accounts and other agenda items. Company's CS will be the best person to prepare this. I don't think general FAQs will be of any help to you.
