yaa, i also agree with sandeep.
Agreed with other's view.
Just to add more, most of the private companies are "Limited by shares", started with a minimum paid-up capital of INR 1lac. In company limited by guarentee, the liability of each member is mentioned in the Memorandum itself.
Generally there is no difference, except for the liability of the members (owners).
agreed with all...........
keep your options for LLP also
agree with all
Hi Payal,
In Short 2 typs of company as u questioned that means as under
COMPANY LIMITED BY SHARES it means the person who has taken the shares of company his liability is limited to the amount unpaid by him on shares...
COMPANY LIMITED BY GUARANTEE IT means the liability of the person is limited to the guarantee is given by them.In this it is dosn;t matter whether person has taken no of shares are not.
yes..i too..
but before going for shares and all...start with limited number of persons as directors and after getting some recognition and credit worthyness for ur company then only go for shares and all...never make complicate right from the begining itself...all the best..happy new year tooooo
Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) is the latest and best option available.
gurantee amt is taken normally on end of the company ,...means liquidation
n shares amt is taken during lifetime of d company
